Although he is selected as the Chef of the Buckingham palace he has to go the other palaces also to perform the Chef’s duties. He should possess the ability to prepare cuisines of France.........

From the preparation of a meal for VIP dinner which would be for around 200 guests, he has to be able to prepare a meal for just two persons only. He should also be competent to prepare a meal for about 800 guests as well, the quality of food should be to very high standards. He is also entrusted to train novice Chefs while performing his duties as the Chief Chef.
It is learnt that the Queen is very particular in respect of the quality of the food hence whether the meal is prepared exclusively to her or to a group of VIP the standards of the cooking should remain high. Whatever it is the person who is selected as the Chief Chef should consider himself as very lucky as he would be preparing the meals for the ‘Queen’.
