The nuclear power project at Kundankulam put off owing to its poor standards
The work in the nuclear power project at South India’s Kundakulam has been put off as it has been commenced without the advice and guidance of an independent panel The India media reports say that owing to this reason the Supreme Court has given an order to stop continuing the project.
The Supreme Court had taken this decision as a result of a petition made by A.Sundararj. The Supreme Court judges K.S Radhkrishnana and Deepak Mishra have given the verdict in favour of the petitioner..............
In his petition he had also emphasised that there had been inferior materials without the required standards had been imported by the India Nuclear and Power Corporation
